Technology has made great advancements over the past years, but one thing that it has failed to do is find a solution to an unhealthy lifestyle. One thing that technology has done to us is that it has made us lethargic. A century ago, people used to be much more physical during their work. Now all we do is sit on a chair and fill the paperwork, drive instead of walk, and even at home, we sit down and watch TV all day long. To counter this laziness, one must make an effort to do at least some form of exercise each day, whether it be running, walking, jogging, swimming or even playing an outdoor sport. Regular exercise is very important. which leads to good and  long healthy life

Many times, especially among the youth, we do not keep track of time, and even though our bodies tell us that we should sleep, we keep ignoring and stay up all night, whether it be for studying or even some event. Study shows that this kind of unnatural behavior causes an adverse effect on the health.

One should always look to eat when he/she feels hungry and not consider an emotional eating. Midnight snacks or random cravings during different times of the day are unhealthy as they do not get digested properly, causing the fat to build up inside the body.

As we need rest from the everyday business of work, the same goes for our organs. Our digestive system works day and night to digest our food. Overworking the organs may cause problems, so it is best to give the stomach a break every once in a while. It is not advisable to fast the whole day, but just enough hours to regulate the system. Fasting also helps in removing the excess waste from the system, thereby acting as a cleanser for the whole body

Before sleep, wash with cold water

It is best to wash your organs, such as hands, feet, genitals etc. with cold water before going to sleep. This helps in relaxing the body, and allows you to enjoy a deep sleep.

Waking up early in the morning, and going to sleep early, helps in keeping one fresh throughout the day. The body only needs specific amount of sleep. Too much or too little sleep can negatively affect the body.
